Arrest made in suspected shooting incident

SULPHUR SPRINGS - Sulphur Springs Police have arrested a 19-year-old man after an investigation into shots fired near Pacific Park.

The unidentified man is awaiting arraignment.

Police reportedly found a gun in his car and a suspected quantity of marijuana in his pocket. Further investigation revealed the gun had been stolen in Hopkins County.
