Commerce – Well it may be a little wet, but the 20th Annual Bois d'Arc Bash is set for this weekend in downtown Commerce. Live music hits the stage Friday evening at 5 on the square, with the last band scheduled to go on at 9:45.
A pancake breakfast starts things off early Saturday at 7am. The motorcycle fun run and the 5k walk will then take to the streets. Every year's highlight, the Bois d'Arc Bash Parade starts weaving through downtown at 10am. Food and live entertainment continue throughout the day, with Sonny Burgess topping off the night on the main stage.
Then Sunday has the 10th Annual Car and Truck Show on the square in downtown Commerce. The Commerce FFA will host an Alumni Barbecue Lunch starting at noon and show winners will be announced at 3pm.
