Effective December 19, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. CDT, Delta County Judge Jason Murray has lifted the Outdoor Burning Ban implemented on December 4, 2017. The drought conditions that prompted the implementation of the burning ban has lessened with recent precipitation, which has lowered the fire danger rating for Delta County.
Please continue to use caution when burning and adhere to outdoor burning rules and regulations. Additionally, please notify the Delta County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch when conducting any controlled burns.
