Commerce investigation seeks possible monies owed

COMMERCE – Commerce City Attorney Jim McLeroy is expected to release findings this week to council members concerning an investigation of possible monies owed.

Documents concerning the funds were presented during last month's city council meeting, which suggests as much as $30,000 may still be owed by Mayor Quay Throgmorton, who back in 2005, entered into an agreement with the city concerning a proposed development site along Rosemound St.
