By Brad Kellar

Greenville – An attempted capitol murder suspect is again seeking a reduction in his record bond.

Francisco Javier Davilla, of Mexico, is scheduled to appear in court Thursday as he attempts to have his $6.5 million bond lowered.

He is charged with four counts of attempted capitol murder and one count of deadly conduct in connection to an alleged shootout with Greenville Police on July 10.

Davilla is also seeking the appointment of an interpreter.
