Federal indictment returned against Greenville man

Greenville – A federal indictment has been returned against a Greenville man. Jason Donnell Givens, previously convicted of aggravated assault and sentenced to state prison, is now in trouble with federal investigators. He was indicted this week by a federal grand jury in Sherman on a weapons charge. Given's is charged with unlawful use of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm.
