Greenville – Hunt County Commissioners Monday voted 4-0 to re-appoint Richard Hill to another term as County Fire Marshall.
Hill, who also serves as Emergency Management Coordinator, has been at the post since 2007. The appointment term is for two additional years.
Commissioners also re-affirmed the rules and procedures regarding which fires warrant investigation from the fire marshal's office, plus appointed Hill as the County's Homeland Security Director.
