Hunt County CASA Receiving Two New Cases Per Week

Lori Cope, the executive director of CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates) of Hunt County, says the organization is receiving 2.3 new cases per week in 2017 and the number of children now being represented in  foster-care cases is now more than 200. Lori says parental drug abuse is involved in more than 90 percent of the cases.
