By Scott Harvey

Paris – A Paris doctor faces up to two years in federal prison and a $350,000 fine upon sentencing, after pleading guilty to federal health care fraud charges.

52-year-old William Goldman may also lose his podiatry license.

According to information presented in court, Goldman submitted false claims to Medicare and Medicaid from 2003 to 2008 from surgeries he never performed.

A sentencing date has not been set.
