Man indicted on dumping charges

Hunt County – A south Hunt County man has been indicted on a charge of illegal dumping after allegedly piling construction debris on a property near Poetry. 33 year old Dustin Willcutts was arrested by a Hunt County Environmental Enforcement Officer May 23rd after allegedly dumping concrete, rebar, brick, roofing materials, and more on a property near the Poetry community and then covering much of it up.
