Commerce – Commerce could see a new complex of town homes going up in the near future. The Commerce City Council approved a re-plat of property at 731 Culver Street so developers can begin a 100 unit complex of town homes. The homes are expected to lease in the 7-hundred to 1 thousand dollar range, with 6 units available to low to moderate income families. Construction is expected to begin soon.
