Sharon Feldt, our books commentator from Sulphur Springs and a children's author, says the Silver Leos writers' group will host a writing workshop from 8 to 5 this Saturday in the Rayburn Student Center at Texas A&M-Commerce. The instructor will be Caleb Pirtle, author of 60 books, including "XIT: The American Cowboy." He also had a career with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and Southern Living magazine.
