Week of Celebrating Cooper's Homecoming

Homecoming fans enjoyed the second half in Cooper as the Bulldogs gave them a 30-7 victory to celebrate over the visiting Prairiland Patriots last Friday.
After 70 yards of penalties in the first half, Bulldog Head Coach Ronnie Green said they addressed that issue in the locker room. It work. Cooper had none in the second half of action.
Bulldogs were led in rushing by Tristan Jones with 10 carries for 110 yards and two touchdowns. Ira Franklin added 91 yards on 17 carries and two touchdowns, also scoring was Jack Cain with a 17-yard pass reception for touchdown from quarterback Jadon McGraw.
Cooper outgained Prairiland 339 to 188 total yards for the evening.
Coach Green expects an older, more experienced team in Whitewright this Friday on the road.
Prior to the game Kelcie Stager was crowned the Homecoming Queen.
