PARIS - A designated driver program started by a Lamar County couple on the heels of their son’s tragic death is making great strides just four months since its inception.
PARIS - A safe ride program set to begin this weekend in Lamar County to transport citizens needing a ride home has postponed the start of operations until December 29.
