SULPHUR SPRINGS - As the bride and groom were introduced at their outdoor reception under the twinkling stars and a canopy of lights, the smiles on their faces told the whole story.
"We recognize, reward, and celebrate those in our community who add value," said A&M-Commerce president Dr. Dan Jones as part of a keynote address at the event held May 9th at the CISD Administration Building.
