The latest edition of the Hunt County grand jury begins its service Friday, as local prosecutors are scheduled to present evidence in felony cases for consideration by the 196th District Court.
A West Tawakoni man, accused of attacking firefighters trying to save his house last month, spent Christmas in the custody of the Hunt County Jail. William Alton Easterling, may be out by New Year’s Day however, after a judge agreed Thursday to reduce his bonds on charges of aggravated assault against a public servant.
