Commerce – City of Commerce officials broke ground for a new City Hall and Fire and Police complex Friday. State Representative Dan Flynn was on hand as the city makes way for construction to begin, and commended the vision of local leaders. Commerce Mayor Sheryl Zelhart said plans for the facilities are right on schedule to begin on April 28th. Construction is expected to be completed in the first months of 2006.
