Four year old case back in court

Hunt County – A nearly four year old murder case is back in court today. Abigail Louann Whytus has pleaded not guilty to allegedly killing her infant daughter in February 2004. Whytus has been diagnosed as mentally retarded and will not face the death penalty should she be convicted of capital murder.
