Greenville, TX
– The Greenville Planning and Zoning Commission voted Monday to approve a layout for the entire property where a new downtown post office is being built. The Commission voted 8-0 to approve a replat for the former Bank One building on Wesley Street. The U.S. Postal Service is contracting with the City of Greenville to act as a general contractor and will reimburse the city for the demolition work not associated with the remediation of the building.
