Bond reduction sought in Commerce theft case

By Brad Kellar

Commerce – A Greenville woman is seeking a reduction in her bond following her arrest in connection with a Commerce shoplifting. Pamela Fluorine Timmons was also this week appointed an attorney for an alleged theft at the Dollar General along Culver Street on February 25. The charge against Timmons has been upgraded to a felony because of her prior convictions of shoplifting cases in Hunt County. In fact, Timmons is alleged to have committed the same offense at the Dollar General along Live Oak Street earlier in the month. There was no immediate hearing date set for the bond reduction and as of Wednesday, Timmons remained in custody at the Hunt County Jail.
