Greenville – A major thoroughfare in Greenville is scheduled to undergo maintenance beginning Wednesday. However, any detours connected to a resurfacing of Wesley Street are expected to be completed by the weekend.
Contractors will begin milling Wesley Street between O'Neal and Lee Streets Wednesday morning.
The process will remove several layers of pavement in preparation for new overlay and should take approximately one day. The street overlay is scheduled to begin Thursday and should be complete by the weekend.
Motorists can expect delays and possible detours. Inclement weather may postpone the work.
