Hunt County – Early voting remains slow for the November 3 elections in Hunt County. More than 500 people had participated so far as of Tuesday in the county. Early voting continues through Friday.
Texas residents will be deciding on 11 proposed state constitutional amendments.
Locally, ballot items include the possible incorporation of the community of Cash, plus beer and wine sales in Quinlan, Wolfe City, Farmersville and Fate. The Bonham ISD is also seeking approval of a $40 million bond package, while the Paris, Sulphur Bluff ISD's are holding tax rollback elections.
