Miller to see Sept. trial in kidnapping case

Greenville – Trial has been scheduled in a Greenville aggravated kidnapping case. 39-year-old Thomas Patrick Miller, of Greenville, will face a September 19 trial date for allegedly holding a woman hostage in January.

Miller remains in custody at the Hunt County Jail on $255,000 bond for charges of aggravated kidnapping and assault/family violence. He has pleaded not guilty.

Greenville Police responded to the incident on Jan. 23 after a call came in of an assault in progress at an apartment in the 3200 block of Kari Lane.

The victim was treated for minor injuries.
