Commerce man sentenced after probation revoked

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – Lloyd Wayne Brown will serve eight years behind bars after he left the scene of an accident last October that injured two Greenville residents.

Brown had previously been convicted and sentenced to probation for felony driving while intoxicated in February, 2008, his third DWI. That probation was revoked Wednesday.

Brown was also given two five year sentences after pleading guilty to failure to stop and render aid last October.
