Katzenmaier admits to burglary, gets 25 years

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – A Caddo Mills man facing 18 felony charges, namely home burglary, receives two prison terms.

Kenneth Eugene Katzenmaier was sentenced to a total of 25 years behind bars after pleading guilty Wednesday to two indictments for burglary.

Although the remaining indictments were dismissed, Katzenmaier took responsibility for the crimes, which was taken into consideration during sentencing.

The offenses reportedly occurred in October and November, 2010. Officials claim he also stole a pickup truck and attempted to elude law enforcement during a brief chase.
