– A Commerce man is indicted for allegedly stealing a vehicle from the impound lot of the police department in December 2009.
Charles Dwayne Gilbreath also reportedly broke into a residence in June, 2010 where he allegedly stole a television, two computers and a gold ring, among other items.
The two indictments were handed down Friday by the Hunt County Grand Jury. Police believe Gilbreath acted alongside another man in both incidents.
