Quitman – Deliberations are underway in the Wood County murder retrial of 20-year-old Ty Jordan Evans.
Evans, of Longview, is alleged to have shot and killed 24-year-old Anna Marie Moore in a May, 2009 drive-by shooting.
Moore was reportedly sitting on the couch playing with her two children at their Winnsboro home when the shooting occurred.
The previous trial for Evans, in January, ended in a mistrial after the jury couldn't reach a decision.
