Paris – A Paris custodian is behind bars for allegedly recording faculty members inside the restrooms of Aiken Elementary School.
Following a brief investigation, 22-year-old Randy Steven Motter was arrested Friday for improper visual/photo recording. Faculty members at the Paris ISD campus had told police they felt they were being secretly watched in private areas of the school.
Authorities are continuing their investigation.
