Several early Santa spottings in area

Delta County has been full of the holiday spirit. Santa has been very busy checking his list and visiting many places in the area. He has been a highlight in parades, breakfasts, at businesses, churches and on Square.

Santa rode in the Delta County Chamber of Commerce’s annual lighted Christmas parade and the Charleston parade. He has made special visits to The Silver Skillet and Miller’s Pharmacy. His reindeer Donner was spotted outside of the Cooper Outlet along with helpful elves. He had a long line of children waiting to sit on his lap at the Christmas in the Park event at Doctors Creek Park and on Monday he helped the local law enforcement and volunteer fire fighters collect toys for their toy drive on the Square in Cooper.
