Taking their name from a stretch of road along the Texas Gulf Coast, Blue Water Highway Band are establishing themselves as a powerful voice in Texas music. Though still new to many ears, the group is already being recognized for their melodic harmonies, smart lyrics, and top-notch musicianship.
Band members carry influences as wide as Texas, ranging from classically trained Opera to Jazz, which creates a unique sound on their debut full-length album "Things We Carry." The 6-piece group, limited to 5 members temporarily due to Catherine Clarke's illness, will perform Saturday Sept 19th at Rally Round Greenville.
