GREENVILLE - A Commerce woman receives probation after pleading guilty to two counts of using a debit card without permission.
Tiffany Nicole Amad had previously pleaded not guilty to five counts of debit card abuse. The offenses occurred on September 8, 2008, each against the same victim.
As part of a plea deal, Amad was sentenced to three years of probation, ordered to complete 200 hours of community service and will have to pay $347 in restitution.
