Intoxication assualt indictment unsealed

A Hunt County teenager has been charged with intoxication assault, for allegedly being behind the wheel during an August accident.

18 year old Blaine Keeton Moody of Campbell received one indictment from the Hunt County grand jury last month, with three counts of intoxication assault with a deadly weapon. The indictment was issued sealed, pending Moody's arrest and initial court appearance on the charge.

An arraignment hearing had been scheduled Thursday in the 354th District Court, but it was not immediately clear whether Moody had been formally arraigned or entered a plea of not guilty. Moody was alleged in the indictment to have been driving while intoxicated on August 1 during an accident in which the vehicle crashed into a tree. Two women and one man were reported injured in the accident.
