The annual Ruth Ann White Day at Texas A&M University-Commerce takes place Friday in the Sam Rayburn Student Center. Dr. LaVelle Hendricks, associate professor of counseling, says the topic of the day-long conference is sexual assault on college campuses. Dr. White is a retired professor and administrator at A&M-Commerce, and founding member of the Texas Counseling Association. The event is sponsored by the Department of Psychology, Counseling and Special Education.
