Derek Price, owner of Commerce's Greenshoot Media, discusses the 2017 projects for Hunt County Public Art, the organization that promotes new art projects in public places. Joseph McCowan will paint a life and nature scene on an old metal sign at the corner of Washington and Stuart Streets in downtown Greenville. Debora Schubert Lytle will paint a wildflowers mural in the Hunt Regional Emergency Center in Commerce. The annual "Hearts for the Arts" fund raising event will be Saturday evening, February 11 at the Emerald Ballroom in downtown Greenville.
