Hunt County – An additional felony charge has been added to a man in connection with illegal dumping in South Hunt County. 33 year old Dustin Willcutts was charged in May with dumping construction debris on his property near Poetry. Willcutts first appeared in court and was charged $500 for creating a public nuisance and was then served with a search warrant and an arrest warrant on commercial dumping charges.
He now faces a charge of dumping into or adjacent to a waterway. That charge carries up to $100,000 in fines and up to five years in jail.
