A local attorney will challenge District 2 State Representative Dan Flynn for the republican nomination.
George Alexander is a partner in the law firm of Curtis, Alexander, McCampbell and Morris, with office locations in Hunt and Rains counties. He is also a small business owner.
Among Alexander’s public service distinctions are member of Greenville’s Salvation Army Board of Directors and the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
Flynn previously announced he is seeking his sixth term as District 2 Representative, which is newly reconfigured this year to include Hopkins, Hunt and Van Zandt counties.
