This week on Movie Picks, Alice reviews The 5th Wave and Son of Saul.

The 5th Wave:

This starsChloe Grace Moretz as Cassie Sullivan. Four waves of increasingly deadly alien attacks have left most of Earth decimated. Cassie is on the run and looking for her little brother. Alice enjoyed this movie, and is interested in the next two of this projected trilogy from Rick Yancey.

Son of Saul:

This is a Hungarian film that takes place in the horror of 1944 Auschwitz. Alice thought the movie was absolutely perfect, and they handled a tough subject well.
