This week on Movie Picks with Alice Reese, Alice reviews The Martian, The Walk, and Mississippi Grind.
The Martian stars Matt Damon as an astronaut stranded on Mars for at least four years. Alice really enjoyed the movie and highly recommends it.
The Walk is based on the true story of the man who tight-roped between the twin towers of the World Trade Center in 1974. Joesph Gordon-Levitt and Sir Ben Kingsley. Alice suggests seeing it in IMAX 3D for breath-taking views.
Mississippi Grind stars Ben Mendelsohn and Ryan Reynolds. Alice enjoyed the performances from both men, because they seemed out of their usual character types. Alice recommends you check out this movie, and so do I because you can't go wrong with Ryan Reynolds.
