GREENVILLE - Crews are scheduled to break ground next week on a new road connecting Interstate 30 and the campuses of Paris Junior College and Greenville High School.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the Monty Stratton Parkway is set for Friday, May 11 at 2 p.m. from the intersection of the Parkway and I-30 frontage road.
The $1.77 million project is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Officials hope the new roadway will someday allow for more economic development in the area.
