Commerce water rates could be going up for commercial customers and down for residential customers.

Commerce Mayor Wyman Williams, in the later part of this conversation, says the city has received another positive report on its water supply, and if it gets two more good reports, will no longer be required to send out the warning notices to water users.  The mayor says the city has devised a way to flush a little-used water line periodically, and that has improved the overall quality of the water.  Mayor Williams also discusses the tentative plans for the Northeast Texas Children's Museum and Texas A&M-Commerce to build a new museum and ag arena on the site of the previous president's home.
