Commerce Mentors Asked To 'Make The Knot' With Middle School Boys

Commerce Middle Schoolprincipal Dr. Shenequa Miller is organizing a mentorship program called "Make the Knot" in which local men will mentor Middle School boys.  They will each teach a boy to tie a necktie.  One organizational meeting has already happened, and the next meeting for mentors will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday (November 8) in the Commerce Middle School library.  The mentors will meet the boys at 2:25 p.m., Wednesday, November 28. The Commerce Community Action Program (C-CAP) is a partner in the program, and Dr. John Ballotti of C-CAP also appears on this program.
