FANNIN COUNTY - Foul play is not suspected in the death of a Fannin County woman, who was found dead Sunday morning west of Bailey along Highway 11.
An autopsy has been ordered on the 57-year-old woman, whose name was not released.
KXII-TV reports she was discovered in a ditch at around 7 a.m. According to family members, the woman left her home Saturday night at around 10:30 p.m.
Police found the woman’s vehicle less than a mile from her house. They say it appears she walked across some pastures and ended up on the highway.
