Gary Kyle's Latest Song Is Putting Him On the Map

Gary Kyle played his father's vintage guitar on his song "Chapter 2" live at KETR.

Texas' own Gary Kyle is hitting it big with his new release American Flags, which is being played on more than 150 stations outside of Texas. The Houston native is excited to make new fans and spread his music beyond the Texas border.

During a recent tour, Kyle visited KETR for an in-depth chat with Notably Texan about life away from his growing family while on the road, the useful connections he has made along the way, and his personal method for creating new lyrics.
