Emily Glass, vice president of the Alliance Bank, owner of the Venue at 219, and former mayor of Sulphur Springs, says a customer of the Plain and Fancy Sandwich Shop recently contributed enough money for the business to make its payroll during the coronavirus crisis.  Emily also discusses the decision of the Sulphur Springs City Council to create a curfew for youngsters 16 and under in the downtown area, and the sidewalk project now underway on Connally Street, where many historic homes are found.
