Veterans day events are scheduled this week in Greenville. The American Red Cross has scheduled a parade to start at 10 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Bois d’ Arc and Lee St. in downtown Greenville.
The event is being held as a way to celebrate heroes past and present who bravely protected America’s freedom.

The annual Hunt County observance of Veterans Day is scheduled for 10 am Friday at the Hunt county Courthouse, and the Greenville ISD Veteran’s day ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m Thursday in the Greenville High School gym.
