Lori Cope, director of CASA (the Court-Appointed Special Advocates for foster children) in Hunt County, says June is National Reunification Month, promoting the reunification of foster children with their original parents. Lori says almost half of children placed in foster care eventually are reunited with the parents, and well over half are either reunited with their parents or placed with a relative. CASA will host the first "Charlotte Turner Memorial Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show" Saturday, July 3 at the Alliance Bank in Greenville.
