GREENVILLE - The Greenville City Council meets Thursday in a follow-up to last week’s decision to offer a settlement proposal to L-3 in an effort to end the two side’s lengthy legal dispute.
The meeting, set for 5 p.m. in the Municipal Building, will meet in executive session concerning the lawsuit filed by L-3 against the city. Should any action need taken, it will be done in open session.
Last week, council voted 6-1 in favor of a proposed release and settlement agreement, which states the city’s desire to have the lawsuit dismissed.
