GREENVILLE - Tentative approval has been given to a proposed senior residential complex along Trader’s Road in Greenville.
While the council did support the development plan for the property, they did not vote on the estimated $9 million cost.
The 78 unit multi-family senior residential affordable housing complex would consist of 25 one bedroom and 53 two bedroom apartments.
The council will consider a formal resolution of support for the project itself at its next meeting on March 12.
