New Federal Nutirition Guidelines Not Without Controversy

Hunt Regional Health Care Registered Dietician Sally Rhodes reflects on the new 2015-2020 federal nutrition guidelines, which were recently released.  The guidelines recommend no more than 10 percent of daily calories come from sugar.  But some observers were disappointed that a warning against excessive consumption of red meat was taken out of the guidelines.
