A community Thanksgiving service will once again be hosted in Delta County.
The Second Annual Delta County Community Thanksgiving Service is set for Sunday, Nov. 18 at 5 p.m. at the Cooper High School Cafetorium. Evangelist Rick Gage is slated to be the Preacher and music will be led by the Three Rusty Nails Praise Band. A "finger food fellowship" will follow that service. All people are encouraged to participate in both the service and fellowship. Last year's initial service drew over 200 people for this worship gathering. A Love Offering will be received and the proceeds will benefit Hope House Community Food Pantry (serving persons living in Delta County).
